Spring/Summer 09 preview

Deco Modiste Boutique finally has previews of the Spring/Summer 09 line up and available! I’m so excited, because it all looks SOO cute. Here’s a preview of the little short-romper:

This little jumpsuit is perfect for summertime bike rides to the beach, backyard barbecues, patio parties, and lazy picnics at the park. Made in a light, blue linen with white buttons, this romper is sure to keep you cool on a hot day. The waist is defined, and looks cute with or without a belt. Pair with bright red patent slides and belt for a saucy look, or little blue sandals and a chunky necklace for a casual event.

See?? You like? The pleating over the breast gives it a less casual vibe, but the fact that it’s a short-romper definitely makes up for that. We’ll be working on the rest of the catalogue in the next week, and we’re about to make some swanky updates to the website (which I’m currently doing the preliminary layout and visualization for).

I’m so afraid of shorts, and especially rompers, because I’m so curvy and tiny (five feet even)…but this romper is adorable. It’s all in the details!
